Hi guys! Particle time! :giggle: Yeah, I know; booooringggggg! but well, this is pretty much the foundation; and well; today's is easier than ever (I really should stop saying this, shouldn't I?)

All hail me! All hail Japanese! :floating: We're gonna do something INCREDIBLY straightforward; particularly for the talkative ones of you lot :giggle:

So today's guest for today is......

:w00t: :w00t:

In Hindi, this particle means 'so'. As in 'so bloody what'?!? But this is a Japanese lesson, so....

と means 'and'. That's all there is to it!

:#1: Particle と is a conjunction that shows two things in harmony; aka the word 'and'. :#1:

れいそうこにたまごとぎゅうにゅうがあります。 :iconeggsplz: In the fridge, there are eggs and milk.

わたしのたみにしわせとあいはたいせつなです。 :iconteddybearplz:  For me, love and happiness is important.

こいぬのななえはいちろとみっきです。 :iconlabradorplz: The puppies' names are Ichiro and Mikki.

But wait! :eager: There's more!

と also means 'with'. But beacuse I don't know how to use this (yet ^^; ), just say ’いっしょに’ which means 'together' -:

わたしはこぞくのいっしょにこうえんでいく。 :iconflowerplz: I go to the park with my family.

あなたのいっしょにね。 :iconsleepingplz: I sleep with you.

けんじとゆみこはいっしょうにがとてもかわいいです! :iconloliplz: :iconshotaplz: Kenji and umiko are so cute together!

So there you have it! Done! :squee: Summary-:
:greenbullet: と means 'and.
:greenbullet: Use it only if there are just a few things you're talking about, aka not more than 3.
:greenbullet: It also means 'with', but a more appropriate word is ’いっしょに’; which means 'together.'

:greenbullet: Use ’いっしょに for now as a substitute for 'with'; but only for peopel and animals, not inanimate objects! :eager:

Yeah, done! See ya! :headbang:
Pronounced 'thow'
